I’m hoping Bazunu is going to go into the year as Southampton’s number one. He looks like a proper prospect. It is kinda annoying that after Collins the next 2 best Irish prospects are both goalkeepers!
He failed at Derby, and he failed at Chelsea. If he get's relegated/sacked at Everton then that surely has to be it for him?

Oh the press totally have him as having succeeded as the plucky underdog at Derby just by getting to the play off final, despite the disaster the next guy had to pick up. They also have him as the victim of ruthless red Rom. It will totally get dressed up as a dysfunctional unmanageable club and he’ll roll on to fuck up another lower mid table club.

He has talent and if he’s used in the right way I can see him bagging a lot of goals in the MLS. I’d say Rooney’s profile might see another couple of players come in from England.
