Ramos was the story of the match and he was wonderful but Joao Felix was the standout, his performance was magical. I’d heard such great things about him but not really seen him play to his potential with Atletico, but tonight he was untouchable.

Simeone should be in jail for not letting him play the way he wants. Tonight was one of those match where everything goes well.

Let's see what Santos will do with Marocco but I can't see Ronaldo back with what Portugal did tonight.

No definitely not. The fluidity that the pace and movement Ramos brings plays to the strengths of Felix, Fernandes and Bernardo Silva much better. Not even Cristiano can beat Father Time!

Yeah it was great. Right up there with Paquetta’s last night as the best team goals at the tournament. And Fernandes was a set of longer studs away from another!

We signed this lad from Benfica B, he’s quickly become a cult hero. Doubt he’ll be here long if he keeps it up.

They have one of the best school in Europe, that's how they survive economically. They make future stars, they make them play a year or two and sell them to big clubs. Too bad they can't keep them a bit more and build a team around them. Benfica could have one of the best team in Europe.

Yeah I was tempted by Denis Irwin but he didn’t play in 90 and Ireland didn’t do as well in 94.

Was also tempted to go for David Narey just for that goal against Brazil lol. Someone will come to me eventually but Zanetti or Cafu would have been my first choices if not for rules.
