It Could Get A Bit Messi In Here - The Football Thread.

Potter has gone too…

He really was sold a kipper, never seemed like a right fit and he absolutely wasn’t helped with the supermarket sweep transfer on top of an already bloated squad.
Nagelsmann probably in next but if I were him I would look elsewhere. There's some talent in the squad but it'll be a lot of work for whoever comes in.

They’re also only a striker and some fat trimming away from potentially being a very good team. It’d be a very attractive proposition, albeit one that could very easily chew you up and spit you out.

I know exactly who I’m appointing right now if I’m Leicester though.

Graham Potter? yeah that would be a very good move for him and Leicester. Plus it takes Potter off the table for Spurs.

There were rumours of Rogers and spurs this evening, especially as Levy has had an open dialogue with him about it in the past 😉

Undefeated as head coach at Cobra Milan!
Favorite moment of the game. Me to kid, “I want you SRO stay on offense.” Kid looks at me, “What’s offense?”

I get that. It’s probably been a shit 4 months for him, needs to regroup before jumping back in, plus while he’d be a great long term appointment for a Leicester perhaps as a process driven coach isn’t necessarily the man to turn to in the middle of a relegation battle.

Big Sam! Big Sam! Big Sam!
Definitely agree. He'll have his pick of the litter from Palace, Leicester, Bournemouth, Southampton, maybe Leeds, maybe Forest, maybe West Ham... basically anyone who doesn't end up going down at the end of the season. There's no reason to jump back into a sinking ship.
