Fair. I edited my comment right when you were replying. He probably doesn’t need to go down but these guys are all trained to do so. At least it’s not as bad as Martial on Lamela 😬

Yeah it’s stupid to raise his hand and he’d have been off regardless but it wasn’t a punch it’s a kinda daft flick of his hand. It’s utterly stupid.

Hahaha no! I completely snapped watching that on the tele and wanted to be there just to give him a real reason to be on the floor like that lol.

I think most people might hit the deck from that contact even if they were expecting it.


Why is this a debate? It’s a red. Why does it matter if a contact to the face makes someone drop or not? It’s understandable, getting slapped in the face hurts.

I hard disagree with that. Most people hit the deck when they get a little slap lol.

I suppose I’m just getting a bit fatigued with play acting which is was that was. It was a red but I don’t have to like his reaction.

He could have a second Lloris stood on his shoulders and he’s not getting into the same postcode as it. The slice on it meant it was always going away from him.
