Day 17: “In Eldorado town there lives a great bullfighter” – Play something from the southern hemisphere. The warmer the better.
Jorge Ben - África Brasil
The warmest southern hemisphere country represented in my collection is definitely Brazil. (Although, if I'm honest, Portuguese messes with my brain a little by being close enough to Spanish and Italian that I always feel like I should be understanding more than I can.)
Day 17: “In Eldorado town there lives a great bullfighter”
Play something from the southern hemisphere. The warmer the better. Crowded House - Crowded House Australia/New Zealand in January ya can’t get much warmer or further south.

A Guide To The Birdsong Of South America
This is a pretty cool electronic project. Birdsongs were recorded and mixed in the tracks by various artists from South America. There is also one for Central America.
My apologies if this one was already played! I'm not a huge hip hop guy so I know very few samples off the top of my head.
Day 14: “I had a dog and his name was King”
Bill Callahan - Sometimes I Wish We Were an Eagle
Still no dog of my own, but here's my sister's pooch I helped raise when he was a little guy. (He's a massive guy now.)
Day 15: “Got mashed potatoes, ain’t got no T-Bone”
Simon & Garfunkel - Bookends
"Wish I was an English muffin
'Bout to make the most out of a toaster
I'd ease myself down
Comin' up brown
I prefer boysenberry more than any ordinary jam
