March 16: Forgotten FOMO - play something that FOMO made you buy, but haven't really listened to much.

Obviously love Piece of Mind but of the first four or five I always thought the guitars sounded like kazoos on this record for some reason. How does the vinyl sound? Reissue or original?
It's a reissue from 2014 and I can't vouch at all...pretty disappointed. I lost my OG forever ago, but I remember thinking it all sounded awesome back then....didn't notice anything kazoo-ey sounding that I recall.

I don't really know how to explain it. It wasn't like a recording or pressing or mixing issue I don't think, I just always thought the guitars sounded kinda lifeless tone-wise.

March 22: Metal Monday. Play some metal. \m/

I'm not even gonna pretend I own any metal. However, I'd be happy to listen to a tale about the The Best Ever Death Metal Band In Denton by the Mountain Goats... performed by Laura Jane Grace , which is as close as we're getting in my cubes

March 21: National Teenager Day - Play something from your teen years.
Beck - Odelay

Yeah, Odelay was one of my favorite albums during my Freshman year of High School. I had the Cassingle of “Loser” in 6th grade and played that a lot but this was the first Beck album I really connected with and one that I’ve enjoyed quite a bit over the past 25 years. Also, my first concert was Beck that Spring during the Odelay tour.
