I’m hoping this storyline gets picked up in one of the tv showsI doubt it's gonna happen but i still hope they make a sequel so we can get more of Qi'ra/Maul/Crimson Dawn...and of course more wacky adventures from Han and Chewie.

Midsommar is great. I recently watched Cure (1997) and loved it.So I'm not a big horror fan but have been trying to hit the big recent releases - here's my rankings
Where shall I go next? I prefer the more psychological type movies over pure slasher. Thinking Midsommar then ??
- Barbarian

- Pearl
- Bodies Bodies Bodies
Midsommar is fantastic, one of my favorite movies period. If you haven’t seen Nope I recommend it highly even if it’s not so “horror”-y, same for The Menu. Looking backwards from there, The Lighthouse is an incredible one, very psychological. So I'm not a big horror fan but have been trying to hit the big recent releases - here's my rankings

Def Midsommar! Also echoing the recos for The Menu and Cure (or other Kiyoshi Kurosawa films like Kairo aka Pulse). Alex Garland's MEN was quite the anxious trip. Then definitely meander on over to the Cronenberg family of films for some psychosexual thrills with Crimes of the Future or exploration of parasites/hosts with Possessor. If either of those tickle your fancy, you might enjoy Titane. So I'm not a big horror fan but have been trying to hit the big recent releases - here's my rankings

Along with the other suggestions, if you haven't seen them, then Malignant and The Night House and The Innocents (2021).So I'm not a big horror fan but have been trying to hit the big recent releases - here's my rankings

I was about to suggest The Night House too! Loved that one. Still need to check out Resurrection, which I hear also features a great Rebecca Hall performance.Along with the other suggestions, if you haven't seen them, then Malignant and The Night House and The Innocents (2021).
Loved the Menu and liked Nope (better than Us but far behind Get Out IMO) will check out the Lighthouse, thanks.Midsommar is fantastic, one of my favorite movies period. Oscar's in the bag for him. Really happy for the guy. Finally got around to watching Everything Everywhere All at Once - and I loved it.
Really glad to see both Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan get all the awards this season...and he's been up for a lot...and winning most of them.
