Finally got off my butt and joined AMC A-List. Lots of fun movies are coming out that my daughter wants to see. My only complaint is there’s no family plan.

Past Lives was sneaky emotional. People have been touting how devastating it is, so I was a little surprised at how un-verklempt I was watching it. But then I couldn’t describe it to my wife without crying and making her cry

That’s what saw today! It was a beautiful looking movie. My wife thought the story of the other elements didn’t get flushed out enough.

Just wrapped up Nimona a bit ago. Super cute!
It's surprising to hear that this almost never made it to release after Disney shuttered Blue Sky, but super glad someone swooped in and rescued it.

Super cute. Nimona is a surprisingly true adaptation of the original graphic novel, so consider me pleased! The movie swaps the anachronistic technology in a fantasy realm of the comic for seemingly misplaced magic in a futuristic sci-fi setting, but I think this decision works well in helping...
