How does this festival even work?
Whatever you do, don't go to the "Weekend 1 Lineup" and "Weekend 2 Lineup" on the festival's website. Somebody get this festival a graphic designer stat!
But also, kind of do it because I need someone else to see how ridiculous it is.I will not. Thanks for the warning!
amazingly. easily my favorite festival i've been to (and I've been to lots). there's somewhere around 10 stages all going. mostly all themed (there's a blues tent, a jazz tent, etc). lots of local talent that plays every year. The main stages have bigger names, usually the last couple acts of the day. the fest runs from 11am-7pm daily, because the track is in the middle of a neighborhood. when it's done, you head to aftershows or a nice dinner. really is the best weekend. How does this festival even work?
DMB, Pearl Jam, My Morning Jacket, jambalaya and beignets sounds like a lovely time. Too bad they're not all over the same weekend.amazingly. easily my favorite festival i've been to (and I've been to lots). there's somewhere around 10 stages all going. mostly all themed (there's a blues tent, a jazz tent, etc). lots of local talent that plays every year. it looks like a one offAre the roots backing up Lil Wayne for this whole tour or just the NOLA fest?
Those headliners are mostly awful.
My first thought was also how this is a HUGE downgrade from previous years. Those headliners are mostly awful.
I mean the undercards aren't bad but the Red Clay Strays are the only headliner that are worth seeing in my opinion. My first thought was also how this is a HUGE downgrade from previous years.
Jesus this is bleak
