N&G Secret Santa - 2020

i don't remember what day this week it was, but i did get a second package i presume to be a secret santa gift. as mentioned earlier, i'll be saving these to open around christmas.

The mail is funny. One of my shipments is out for delivery today and it actually got there faster than the other one that I shipped via priority. I thought that one would arrive first (thus includes a note that says more is to come).

Boy... was I ever spoiled. Saw that there was a package coming from my hometown today and assumed it was coming from my mom. What an amazing, generous surprise!! Three absolute hits right here, and that Harvey Danger record in particular takes me back to some really great memories. The entire family and I are already enjoying them tonight, we couldn’t wait.

I assume from context that this was you @HiFi Guy? Wow! I was super surprised to get a double dip of Grant Green on my doorstep this week after already getting something pretty substantial! On top of my first Analog Africa album, Mogadisco, you spoiled me with my first Tone Poet! Grant Green is a super TIGHT guitarist and an amazing interpreter - these will get a ton of work time spins!! Thank you so much for the generous gifts - ya done spoiled me.

Really been getting into The Sea and Cake lately, but hadn't pulled the trigger on buying anything yet. Always love the Colemine stuff, and didn't have the Ghost Funk Orchestra!
