Thought I had something with this album/band I stumbled on that I've never heard of:
15-60-75 (The Numbers Band) - Jimmy Bells Still In Town
Seems like a cult classic live set that they performed opening up for Bob Marley. Released in 1976. Band was formed in 1969. Most of the clues seem to be related to numbers. Hyphens in their name. Blues rock, including organ. Reissue is a 2xLP.
Not sure how to connect to the Keith Richards or Who clue. Some clues I've got nothing better than it's got a number in it.
Biggest problem though is that the reissue seems quite scarce.
Definitely an interesting album to learn about. I'll have to listen to it some more.
