Gomez - Bring It On
Someone else can fill in the gaps!
I’m guessing the band in question appeared on one of Piccadilly Records annual samplers sometime in the last decade.
Very apt forum name.
Also just wanna post this tune... not exactly a hint but fits the theme....
I’m a City fan and I know the one. Yes football has moved on hahaI remember an old football chant to this chorus, it doesn’t work so much anymore...
Then, I’m gonna guess The Smoke Fairies, either “Blood Speaks” (featuring the song “The Three of Us” which maybe does the three queens clue) or “Live at St. Pancras” which is maybe that the first clue was telling us it’s a live album(?)
These straws, they are so clutched at.
I’m only posting this to get people’s attention - I really think someone can get this with the clues and a little bit of google research.
So come on - who’s always wanted to grab that accolade.
That person receives the Album !
So what about the Charlatans because Google found this
Legendary Madchester band to take over Oldham Street for a day
The Charlatans will be releasing their hotly anticipated 13th album, Different Days, on Friday, 26th May. Unlucky for some, you might say. But even withilovemanchester.com
Not it
What genre is it?
The exact location on the map seems to be Oxfam or Piccadilly records. That lead me to learning a lot about the Piccadilly Rats but no closer towards a guess
