I just accidentally spilled this in the JQBX room so might as well make it official.
The artist/album has not yet been guessed.

Oh FFS. I don't like Lana that much.

Ok so I went throught 2010s female rock and/or songwriters lists and ended with these albums :
Angel Olsen – My Woman (Eps doesn't count but what about collaborative albums?)

Laura Marling – Once I Was An Eagle (and what about live albums?)

Then, I googled "straight up singer songwriter" :

When I Wikipedia’d Angel Olsen an hour ago or so, it has her upcoming release All Mirrors as her fourth album.
Let’s see, I’m sure there’s someone more knowledgeable than I out there.
Plus My Woman is fantastic, would love for it to be the pick.
These might have already been guessed because I couldn't read through all the pages, but they weren't on the front page of guesses and seem to fit the clues:
Waxahatchee - Out Of The Storm
Fiona Apple - The Idler Wheel...
Sharon Van Etten - Tramp (not sure if that counts as her 4th or not)
Sara Bareilles - The Blessed Unrest
for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Must be readily available on vinyl, so Fiona Apple is not it.These might have already been guessed because I couldn't read through all the pages, but they weren't on the front page of guesses and seem to fit the clues:

Fiona is not obtainable cheaply on vinyl.
Waxahatchee - how does that fit Jekyll/Hyde?
Sharon Van Etten - Are We There seems to fit "4th LP" better based on my research. How does it fit Jekyll/Hyde?
Sharon Van Etten’s 4th might be Are We There. Another great album
