In Scotland its is, pop is a midlands/north England thing. when I used to visit my gran in scotland as a kid in the 80s they used to have juice lorries that would drive around and stop on every street and all the locals would go up into them and buy their bottles of Barr’s juices. Came in 750ml glass bottles which you would return for a 20p refund.
