Looks like the forum search is smarter than i thought. But i already filtered for european album by a band released since 2000 and zhat filtered out 95% of whats spinning posts the search found for you.

I mean loads were missed off though, off the top of my head all three doves reissues were in there (which would have been a very usable false trail). I suppose I don’t like these “lists” as either a guesser or a picker, I think they take the fun out of trying to figure out whether your own intuition is good. More so when they’re wrong 😜

Ah man, I was too keen to order 1,2 and 3 off of Amazon for £50. 1 arrived today, 3 was meant to be with it, but wasn't in the box. 2 is arriving later this week along with a replacement for the missing 3. I feel I could have saved some money, got an additional vinyl and all without the hassle if I knew about this.

C'est la vie.

Since we are here, I see that Les Amazones d'Afrique are on Real World label too. Les Amazones d'Afrique are an all-female super group of some of the best singer from West Africa (Mamani Keita, Angélique Kidjo, Rokia Koné,Nneka, Madina N’Diaye and many others). Their first album was pretty good and I see there is a second one that will be released on January.
