Columbus Blue Jackets forward Patrik Laine is back well ahead of schedule, with head coach Brad Larsen confirming the star winger will play Tuesday vs. the Arizona Coyotes.

Laine suffered an upper-body injury on October 13 in Columbus' season opener against the Carolina Hurricanes. He was initially expected to miss three to four weeks with the ailment.

Last year I neglected taking a goalkeeper in the first few rounds and lost a lot. This year I corrected that and it seems to be helping...I squoke by @teefer and won in the 11th hour.

It was a tight week, once again my team showed up at the end. I’m getting destroyed with injuries right now and shuffling people like crazy .
