I listened to what he said. One of the reasons is because some French people are stupid. Yesterday was a sunny day so a lot of people thought it was cool to go to bars and restaurants and enjoy a few ray of light. Also, the number of infected duplicated in the last 72h.

just saying, an organization such as Disney probably could afford to give a little bit more... how about offering free Disney+ for 2 weeks or something.

In Belgium all bars & restaurants had to close last night at 12 am for the coming 3 weeks.
So of course they all organized "lockdown parties" gathering large crowds.

Today people just hopped over the border to the Netherlands to visit the bars over there.
Can't believe the stupidity...
