I’m really into this Lucy Rose record. Seems like something @Lee Newman is already loving
It’s next up in my queue.

Dug the Blunt Chunks album, nice laid back almost jazzy at times pop folk. Seems like something Magnolia might have done as a discovery pick before they sucked.

Got halfway through Swift while running errands and like it better on first listen than midnights. Will give it a full attentive listen on headphones tonight (wife dislikes Taylor and it earned its e)

This one is... fine.

It would have been more accurate to call it Replaying The Court of The Crimson King. There isn't much reimagining here, it's basically just other people playing the album straightforwardly. The fact that it's an incredible album means it's not *bad* by any means, but there was so much potential for it to be way cooler!

Fuck me, this is great! I'm only about halfway though and have already had a bunch of breath caught in my throat moments.
Glad you are enjoying it. Her last album Autonomy is one of my favorite records ever, it also might be the saddest record ever. This one is a little more optimistic if that is possible for Stephanie's music.

Third this sentiment. LOVE it.

If you are interested in ordering the record at some point. She has a fancy color on her website.

And their are signed black copies at Vinyl Tap.

and also signed copies of her last record.
