Well I like those first three…. NOW I HAVE A BUNCH OF OTHER SHIT TO LISTEN TO, thanks a lot!!!! 😡

Just kidding about the 😡

I have not decided whether or not I like it and it is not the return to form that was promised but this new Kings of Leon is really impressive sounding over the old hi-fi.

Shannon and the Clams is real good and the first time I have ever returned to them. May need to revisit their catalog.
I forgot this was out on Friday, I'll have to give it a listen today!

They need to reissue their first album (which is their best) because it goes for too much on discogs and/or because they're fairly obscure, is barely on sale at all on discogs.

Yup. At least one new song. Announced a tour and says there will be a new album this summer! There’s a vinyl release too.
listened thru it, just some quick thoughts: I think it sounds cleaner & better mixed overall - particularly "Time". I think the album is actually a bit shorter. He lopped off some stuff I wouldn't miss but he also lopped off Feels like Summer - which kinda sucks, I would have loved to have that one on vinyl but maybe makes sense- Feels like Summer the single has been out forever at this point. I'm glad "The Violence" is mostly untouched, even the subtle changes sound weird to me but still has the same vibe - that one is my favorite. Hopefully this re-release will give this album some more recognition.
