New Music Friday!

This is going very well with my coffee this morning:

I second this (except with tea). "The Forest" was the standout for me.
Yesss! Excited to get around to this one, I've loved all of Blue Lake's albums so far, really beautiful and compelling quiet time music. The pressings so far have all sounded great as well. Stikling might stand out as particularly good though

I'm four albums in to my huge radar list today and this is the first true standout so far.. This was an RBF and the lyrics are completely in French, which I do not speak (no language barriers here, though - it's music!). According to Rate Your Music, Journal d'un loup-garou is Montréal pop artist Lou-Adriane Cassidy's fourth studio album, and, man, this thing is fucking good! It's catchy as hell and her voice is stunning. There are some nice harmonies, too, and I love the odd time signatures. Whether you speak French or not, don't miss this one!

I enjoyed this one a lot!!

Now, I am listening to this collab album from Okay Kaya and Baba Stiltz—it’s giving me a very indie vibe.
