I don't like the new Gang of Youths as much as Go Farther in Lightness, but I do like it.

I've just listened to it, same impression for me, it's a good album.

Took me a few days to get to it but Somi's Zenzile: The Reimagination Of Miriam Makeba is easily my release of the week. Gorgeous. Emotional. Joyous. So good. I hope it eventually gets a vinyl release!

After spinning Jeremiah Chiu & Marta Sofia Honer's Recordings from the Aland Islands, this is a great album. It's one of those soft, lovely, ambient pieces that takes you away. Everything about it is so delicate and tenuous. I find that I really love neoclassical strings in ambient music. This is definitely a record I will spin when I want to clam down and relax.
