I just happened to notice in that Carolina game that there was an advertisement for a southern grocery store chain and that it was strange so I kept an eye out during the Florida/nyi game and it was totally different

For televised advertising revenue purposes it makes sense to stick with the local advertisers for each "home" game. More revenue for the tv stations and league.
