I used to despise NJD but I’m indifferent now. Kind of meh on the Canes.
Basically I’m ok with Toronto or Boston in the final.

West is wide open but I’d love to Edmonton in the final. It would be great for the league.

Useless head coaches don't win multiple Stanley Cups. He may be past his prime, but he's not useless. You could have John Hynes. John Hynes has losing record as an NHL head coach when you count OTL's. It could always be worse. Crosby, Malkin are getting old as well.

He’s useless to the team now. He may very well have success on another team and I’m totally on board with him being able to explore that option as soon as possible.

I hear you have to file a formal grievance to "the committee", wait 5-79 business days to hear back whether an appointment has been scheduled, if so then you pitch your idea.
