Brined for 24 hours, seasoned and going in the Traeger! Cook well friend... or I'm out of the family.
Our breast smoked in the Traeger turned out well. Next year I'm gonna brine it, tho.
I didn't have any dryness issues, but I want to see what a brine can do.
I feel a food coma coming on.
