Brined for 24 hours, seasoned and going in the Traeger! Cook well friend... or I'm out of the family.![]()
Our breast smoked in the Traeger turned out well. Next year I'm gonna brine it, tho.
I didn't have any dryness issues, but I want to see what a brine can do.
I feel a food coma coming on.
