It really should be an episode on Unsolved Mysteries.

He was a friendly internet figure. Usually if someone is here to take advantage, their demeanor outs them. Basically, his internet etiquette was very cordial, so it would be incredibly strange to just claim like 1 or 2 albums a quarter.

He kept claiming in the PIF thread. Then someone chimed up and said, "before you claim another, where the hell is the PIF you promised me three months ago?" Then 4 other people said basically the same thing. Then, poof....JCF disappeared. That's my vague recollection.

Yeah, I remember he bowed out with little fight when someone asked about the 3 month delay, which he gave a vague response like "I was waiting to see if another record was coming to bundle it" or something. Then everyone else started to pile on with their evidence and he dipped.
