No, I think that's when you have to call or go in person and get someone there who can help you order it from the warehouse. It felt to complicated for my brain so I didn't try, but others are scoring huge by not having social anxiety about making employees help them.

I didn't even need to go in - I just called a B&N, gave them the UPC for the Revolver set and they were able to order it for me.

yeah, the guy who answered my call was about to brush me off but I guess there was a manager standing near him who took the phone and helped me

Oh, I misread that and thought he wasn't going to help you but then a manager was nearby who made him do it.

Go into store and ask to order from warehouse! The google check is only for in store stock. They should be able to order for you if it’s in the warehouse

Yep. Don't go to the register first. Go to the information desk with the UPC #s ready. They will look them up on the computer, and if the warehouse sells them, they will take down your info. and ship them to you for free. Then they print out a piece of paper with your order, and you bring it to register and pay for your order.

My local B&N was awesome. Ordered and paid for the STL dead set over the phone. Came in two days. Unfortunately it looks like it was attacked by hyenas, but oh well. It sounds good!
