@Joe Mac I waited to the sale to jump. Usually I would dive straight in with him. Got his covers album for less than a tenner this week too. His lustre as a person has dimmed but I still love the music I’m afraid.

yeah I was kinda agreement until low in high school. He’s shitty racist personality bled through on that one for me and ruined it. “Stop watching the news” - fuck off! I streamed the covers album and thought it was rubbish.
To be honest even his stuff I liked wasn’t even a 1/10 as good as the 4 Smiths albums.

Whereas I prefer Vauxhall and Southpaw over the Smiths. @Gavaxeman is also a fan of these records. Two of the best of the 90s

Oh I like them too. I liked everything before low in high school to be honest. But I think The Smiths is genius. None of that forgives him what he’s become and as I say I think it’s bled into his music of late and it’s suffering badly for it in my opinion.

Thanks, I’m going to check my Walmart on Wednesday as well. Hopefully it’s happening that day too. The ad I saw just says for today so who knows. I wouldn’t mine getting the new Luke combs if that went on sale as well. Good deals regardless.

Fantastic. Easy $15 spend, that’ll make it my first Pink Floyd album in the collection woo! I had a beat up DSOTM that I bought for a couple bucks when I first started collecting and thought any dirty old record at the record store was good and that the snap crackle pop was part of the aesthetic

Yeah I have it also and it's well worth $15. This is one of those albums I've long sought a clean, quiet copy of. I've had a lot of them and this pressing pretty much fits the bill. A good start to your collection!

I think they are overall pretty solid for the price from what I've seen. I think Bernie Grundman did the 2016 Dark Side remaster. I'm really bummed I missed out on the 30th EMI pressing of Dark Side as it goes for an insane price now but was AAA and supposedly sounds amazing.Fantastic.
