Any tip on getting uDiscover to respond? Haven’t been able to get them to respond to 10 records arriving warped.
I highly recommend just sending them an email with your problem and including a couple pictures to get it going much more quickly. I tried there website form twice and didn't get a reply either time but i've never had any issues with email. They always just tell me to keep the record and send a new one or refund while being super friendly. I've read plenty of people having horrible experiences but luckily it's been good for me.
Going by the stevehoffman forum you'd think they are the worst company ever though, those guys over there take anything super serious it seems
