Yeah, what @JonnyH said. Treat the cancellations as if they’re part of placing your order, the step directly after completing your purchase. Word is you don’t want to order more than one of the same item—has to be different items of similar price. Then if you only want one of those items, cancel the other two. If you want two, cancel only the one you don’t want.

Remember you can filter searches by price range. Scroll to the bottom of the price ranges they offer and you can fill in your own range. Nice quick way to find similarly priced items, even at 3 am.

Yeah, I looked yesterday from highest priced down to just under $30 and all I seen were 2. That Dire Straits and Bread which I believe has been a survivor through pretty much every Target sale I can remember.

Thought I recalled people having trouble with this approach, but I don't recall exactly what the nature of that was. In most cases, it's easy enough to find different titles, but if it worked for you with three of the same title, then go for it.

So I did the thing where I bought 3 of the same item and then cancelled 2. It worked for me. I used this on the Grateful Dead box and the Charlie Parker Mercury and Clef box.

Really torn about that Neil Young since the high-res download would be nice to have, and I think Neil's site is the only 'vendor' providing it with purchase of the vinyl.

Damn, the deluxe Black Crowes - Shake Your Money Maker Box ends up being just under $50 after tax and everything.. Had to cancel my pre-order elsewhere for that price!

Also, non-vinyl but the new Friday The 13th Collection drops to just over $70.. Thankfully Target cancelled my order from the last sale and saved me another $20+ this go around.

Now onto a cart full of endless smaller "deals" for the next week.
