I wouldn't touch this. I bought 2. Every single record in both was the same and most of them were opened and/or had bent up/damaged jackets. Only 3 of 10 were sealed without creases and 2 of those were the same album. They only offered me a 15% refund.

Counter point: i bought i think 3 sets and all of my copies were great. They sent me a duplicate one time and even international shipped me an extra to compensate. I think they just h8 u lol

The original sale was pretty solid actually but I feel like they are down to the last dregs. To be somewhat fair, they did say if you order more than one you’ll likely get duplicates (or at least the old sale said that).

My original box arrived partially opened and not packed very well yet somehow they were all sealed and in good shape. It seems as the sale drags on that they are down to the dregs and there’s no quality control really on Zavvi’s side now. They just toss a few in a box and mail em out.

@stpaulbrowns they are from the jazz at 33 1/3 series that DeAgostini did in the UK. Pressed at MPO and they sound great to me. They are officially licensed and not grey market. May be worth a gamble but I definitely would not order more than 1 because you’re very likely to get duplicates.

It said there could be some duplicates. When it's ALL duplicates, it starts feeling suspect. But my issue is somebody intentionally boxing up a bunch.of opened and creased up albums they couldn't sell otherwise, because they definitely didn't state that would happen on the product page. Duplicates I can give as gifts. Opened albums wirh bent jackets are things I can PIF or kick to friends, but not something I'd wrap up or gift someone as a surprise.

I know people had good experiences in the past, but I can only comment on the experience I just had in the present

Yea definitely frustrating and not fair especially with them being opened/damaged. Peoples experiences seem all over the place. Have heard lots of people getting duplicates (even with just ordering 1 mystery box). It seems like a crap shoot. I’ve been happy with the pressings at least.

Definitely. I mean, the whole reason that I ordered it was because I saw positive responses here on the forum

Thank you for the highlighted titles. I also snagged another of Celeste's debut for a friend while she's away on a work trip. Still one of my favorites of this year.
 
I just grabbed that Celeste 12 Track version at the original price less than a month ago...
12.50 is absolutely a no brainer I almost want to grab another one lol
Worth checking out for sure if you dont have it

Wow thats a great discount. Seems like there are alot of leftover RSD this year. I see on Discogs the prices are creeping downwards on alot of them
