Round 3- ok so you might have seen my post in the Jazz/Fresh Grabs of that Buddy Rich at Ronnie Scott's from Gearbox- that god damn 3xLP cost like $50 from the few places that had it. i also bought that CRIME 7" + DVD for like $23 from Amoeba last month. Why am I buying them again? I don't know, because they are really f*ing cheap. I also missed out on the Cindy Lee this time just punching air rn

I thought it sounded pretty decent, and mine was pretty flat/clean when I spun it. The Discogs listing mentions it's a UK variant (as Rough Trade has a UK arm) but I don't think the pressing would be any different from the standard/VMP edition since it was pressed in Poland.

i think it lets you do pickup at their NY storefront. says there is one copy left. Probably just don't want to ship something that heavy. not sure if anybody here actually ordered one for delivery.

Like @MikeH i don’t reeeeeally need that box set (the 80s are probably my least favorite Bowie era, and I have none of the other box sets), but I kinda want both live albums plus some solid Re:Call tracks (“Absolute Beginners,” etc.). I’m half hoping they’ll tell me shipping is not an option, because otherwise I’ll have a difficult decision to make.
