This is a cool painting of downtown Victoria I saw hanging in a restaurant yesterday. In 2005 the middle window of the green building (under the sign) was the "Poet Pad," where my buddy Scott and I lived.

I'm on a tour through the Australian Victoria with my dad, looking at the street art silos. There are around 50 of these painted grain silos through the state, and I think we are going to get about 15. Pretty impressive!

I had an old friend from middle school post about this on Facebook yesterday. It was hot yesterday then he got a snow warning. So strange.

Maybe a strange phenomena for most of the US but quite normal for the Front Range of Colorado. Sadly, it’s hell on early blooming plants and trees. The worst is when we get a wet, heavy snow in May and the trees are fully leafed out. Big branches are sure to fall. Happens nearly every year.

DC is worth a visit, but it’s no SF. We have some great museums though and a pretty unique skyline, haha.
