As long as the filibuster exists, a party would need a 10+ majority to actually pass anything meaningful. If Harris wins control mostly matters in the sense that a GOP senate could hold up cabinet, diplomatic, and judicial appointments.

If Trump were to win, they could push through many things especially federal judges.

Unless they use the nuclear approach that the GOP loves for forcing things through. Attach it to a budget and they only need a simple majority.
 
He's going to declare victory early when early vote totals go for him then he's going to cry it's rigged when the election day vote catches up. That's why I'm hopeful the early vote totals are good for Kamala. Not that it matters. The tub of shit can declare whatever he wants, it doesn't make it f'ing so.
