Just wondering what the popular opinion on this would be here?
I saw a post on Instagram this week about neighbors calling the cops about leaving a Siberian Husky outside during nights that reach negative 35 degrees farenheight.
The dog owner says the dog loves being outside, and Siberian Husky's are adapted to cold environments.
Neighbors keep calling the police to report a dog left out in the cold. Police keep fining him $1,000 each night they are called out for leaving his dog out in the cold.
Is this a cruelty of animals case, or neighbors harassing case?
The majority of Instagram comments seem to think harassment.
I'm unsure. I can't comprehend having your pet / dog sleep outside and not being welcome in the house. But I guess that is not as uncommon as I thought,
