I know Dems underperformed in the Congressional races, that's terrible. but can we be happy that Trump is going to (hopefully) be gone soon?

Not subtweeting anyone here but it seems like Dems did bad (yes). But for the president it looked awful because of the way these votes were counted.

Also, it’s going to take some time to digest everything. If Biden pulls out Georgia and PA it will be a pretty good win and if he wins GA both GA Senate races would go to a special election which would effectively decide the Senate. I know that’s a lot of heavy lifting but it’s a possibility and that if they pulled a straight the narrative will change quite a bit.

yeah we have to see how things look at the end of the day when all votes are counted.

I for one would much rather have a Biden presidency with an opposition Congress than a Trump presidency with a majority dem Congress.

So far the only movement today have been ME and WI. No calls in 7 other states as of yet. ME and WI only gave Biden 3 electoral votes. That doesn't boost my confidence by all that much.

The Republican party literally ran on a platform that was just “Trump is fit to be President and we like him.” Neither he nor the party bothered to articulate so much as a single policy goal or proposal for a second term.
