All hazelnut flavoring (that isn't actual raw hazelnut) makes me want to vomit and tastes rancid to me.

Pine nutes tased good to me but some batches can give me a taste disturbance where everything tastes like chemicals for 2-3 weals after I have pine nuts.

I love cilantro. But I empathize with those who taste soap and hate it.

Yeah that is crazy with pine nuts. My sister used to eat homemade pesto like every other day and then everything tasted like metal for weeks. Took a while to figure out it was the pine nuts.

Even if Biden gets 270, he'll still lose. As divided as we are now, there's bound to be some faithless electors for Trump. Goes to the House, and Repubs represent more states.

Nah, that is bullshit and there are like a bunch of ways for the Dems to play that one of which basically results in Pelosi not convening the house through inauguration Day which would result in her becoming president. That would be a less than desirable result for most in the GOP plus it would essentially blow up the government. No one is gonna do that.

While we are on the topic of food. Is there anyone here that has a strong dislike for fresh Anise (Fennel)?
My wife used to say she hated it but after she realized there is a lot of fennel seeds in Indian food she isn't as biased if she doesn't think about it. Obviously it's even harder to tell with the cooked bulb.

She was showing me some thing that NYTimes posted to help people relax yesterday and it was some guy ranting about how Good N' Plenty are horrible and nobody likes them, but I mean...it's just licorice? I know that is a divisive candy but obviously people like licorice!

I love it, and licorice, except the salted licorice candy at IKEA, it is terrible.
