I'd never heard of Tony Joe White until I picked up his Homemade Ice Cream album at an estate sale for a couple of bucks. Eventually got around to listening to it and was kind of blown away by how good it was. Recently I purchased the Analogue Productions 45RPM (2LP) version of that album and it's sublime. I'll have to check this one out. Thanks for posting.

EDIT: Looks like Dan Auerbach made this album, supplementing White's homemade demo tapes (guitar and voice) with a live band of Nashville session players.

I did at first too. Well I didn’t think the sandwich was. But I thought they just put a pic of a record to be like hip w their marketing.

then I read on and no shit a 7”

Don’t worry flippers will be asking $100 for it on Discogs soon. But they better put “no sandwich” in the item notes or I’m gonna expect it to come with
