he's not even bad, but it's definitely portnoy and pertucci's show. labrie's voice is higher and he tends to sing smoother than hetfield, so to me it feels like he's struggling to keep up. YMMV, I do enjoy when bands cover other bands' albums -- col les claypool's flying frog brigade cover of animals is almost as much of a favorite as pink floyd's original -- but this one doesn't work for me. super limited though, i'm sure it'll go up in value.

OMG!!! I loved this band soooooo much! I bought their debut from Tiny Engines several years ago before that label went under. They reminded me precisely of The Promise Ring and Piebald.

White Denim has had this 12” “single” up for pre-order for a while, and it’s supposed to come out this week. Turns out it’s not a single…but a surprise album only available on vinyl. They just posted about it on Facebook.
