FTFYYeah it's really terrible when the youth insult me by calling me a boomer.
Sorry gotta flip the record to Side B of Steely Dan's Gaucho I'll be back later to discuss this.
That's later today on the Steely Dan marathon like the youths enjoy.FTFY
Isn't it already? Kids don't care when you're bornI would probably either flip out or laugh (depending on context) if my kid called me a boomer, but on the other hand it would be pretty funny if “boomer” became a metonym for “clueless old person”.
You either die Gen X or live long enough to become a Boomer.Isn't it already? Kids don't care when you're born
Most Gen Xers i know are Boomers, idc what they think

Nothing is more Boomer than a Gen Xer sayin’ “Well, actually I was born in 1968 which makes Generation X”.Isn't it already? Kids don't care when you're born

I like to think of us born between 81 and 87 as a lost generation. We remember when everyone didn't have a cellphone, but we still had personal computers with internet access for most of our formative years. I don't identify with millennial tropes and the Gen Xers won't have me.Fun fact: someone came up with the name X-ennial for people my age and it's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Dial up internet, Napster, Lime Wire, portable cassette / CD and eventually Mini Disc players and MSN messenger.I like to think of us born between 81 and 87 as a lost generation. I hear we’re “geriatric millennials”I like to think of us born between 81 and 87 as a lost generation. As an 87er I can agree with this. We're techy, up-to-date on many things pop culture and memes, yet seem to be grounded enough to not really get involved in all the BS. At least I like to think so.I like to think of us born between 81 and 87 as a lost generation.
