$12 mark up for a color variant. I'm assuming this is a single LP, too. They jacked the prices up elsewhere on the site, so they could jack all the upcoming shit up along with it. Even if they hadn't ruthlessly tanked the forum

It's crazy when I'd rather support a company like Amazon over VMP, but here I am.
I hope more people buy non VMP versions of the exclusives they like. Especially in cases like this where the only difference is color

In this case, though, I think it's only a small markup from VMP & a huge undercutting of competition by Amazon - regular black is $30 on the Blue Note site and at a Seattle local, Easy Street.

Preordered from Amazon as well. I’m in this weird state where I don’t plan on supporting VMP because I saw first hand that their leadership are trash but I’m sure they have a lot of great staff and support great artists. It’s just so baffling that they actively put such a sour taste in their most devout customers mouths
