iam8bit did two rounds of preorders for a 25th anniversary box set (as well as individual releases) for vinyl soundstracks of the Persona video games 1-5 back in mid December. The first round is scheduled to ship out Q3 of 2022 but the second round isn’t shipping out until sometime 2023.


Speaking of iam8bit, I preordered the soundtrack to Gravity Falls from them back in November 28th 2020 and they’ve still not released vinyl color, album art, release date, or even a track list yet…

As an aside, I can't figure out her website's shipping. I ultimately just hit order when I got the Spotify version to go through but it ranged from like 3-7 for economy and I'm like...come on.

The vinyl prices are just insane right now. I mean, I am sure it will be worth a ton on the secondary market but I remember the days where you could get a 7" from saddle creek shipped for $6.

Yea--I mean I've seen the price rises in LPs but stopped collecting 7" awhile ago since I never listen to them. Didn't realize that they were hitting $20 a piece now with shipping. It's madness!

I did buy the Bleachers/Jason Isbell 7" because I collect Jason Isbell records and it was $25 with shipping I believe but I am not doing it regularly.
