I can't logically justify why I hit order either. It's a lot.

Despite the rising prices I still collect the odd 7" for two reasons:

i) Mostly to help support bands/artists I like [Its criminal that Ms. Dacus is still playing smaller venues while Ms. Bridgers and Ms. Baker are booking the Greek and the Beacon.]

ii) I am, in reality, a crow and I am compelled by nature to collect shiny/brightly colored objects.

This just confused me intensely until I realized there is PENDANT (this artist) and then there is Pendant, the ambient artist I love. I listened to the single for the album posted here and wondered what the hell happened to Pendant.

You're not the only one who has deposited a good chunk of cash into Lucy's coffers. She was my first exposure to that trio and still my favorite to be honest. Just a great performer and writer.

While we are on the topic of the Sultry greatness of Ms. Dacus, I would also add the b-side has the more alt-country version of Thumbs [Thumbs Again] and one can't own Home Video and not have this as well.

My local is saying Beach House and Spiritualized have both been pushed back to April now.

Beach House posted about a delay to UK/EU distribution on their instagram due to "issues beyond their control." They said in the post it would d be there for April 8th. I think US is not affected and it will be out on the release date. Sorry about that.

I think I preordered that Help A Day in the Life and it's from Sound of Vinyl if that helps? Pretty sure we all realized it was the cheapest option at the time?
