if this lives up to the following excerpt from the press release, as a fan already, this will be effing epic:

"The first double album in the UMO discography, V, makes a strong case for itself as Ruban’s sunbleached masterpiece while simultaneously recontextualizing and enriching the journey that led him to this moment. Alongside Sonic Youth’s Daydream Nation, Pulp’s Different Class, and Prince’s 1999, it’s a breakthrough work from a mid-career artist in full control of his creative powers."

i've never listened to them before actually....but that's a ridiculous PR statement haha.

hahaha, yup, it's all over the top. I mean they are also calling the vinyl color "rare blue," and I'm sure "rare" here is a further adjective of a shade of blue and not an indication of this being a super rare variant, which will deceive people, since Secretly doesn't really do "rare" primary variants.

but despite all the crazy press verbiage, I'm excited for this!
