Doesn't look like it. The VMP are mastered by Chris Bellman, these are by David Glasser.Same plates?
Yeah, most of the Dead releases are Plangent/best possible tapes, even if there may be a digital step in the chain. VMP’s are AAA. Given the quality of Dead reissues, any difference will be marginal.Doesn't look like it. The VMP are mastered by Chris Bellman, these are by David Glasser.
Dagnabbit they skipped over Tha G-Code and Project English.

I’d still be surprised if a non-limited version didn’t come along. I haven’t gone through the track list, but the only thing that could maybe hold it up is if her performed any songs he’d have to license.Shit prices are going to jump

With it being a live album, I could see it being limited. Agree that it’s leaving money on the table, but I doubt he’s hurting with the venues he is playing.I’d still be surprised if a non-limited version didn’t come along. I think that implies that he and his label thought this through. Every limited edition is about grabbing cash. If they think there is more to have, they will release another. My friend who owns a shop said she doesn't think it will. Her reasoning was if they were going to go that route they'd have sold it as black friday rsd first or something like that
I don’t really care enough to chase it. It was sort of an impulse buy anyway and it’s not like I have a lack of records to blow a hundy on.I bit the bullet on ebay. Found one that was in hand. Not the greatest seller rating but between ebay and the credit card figured why not

fwiw, Bellman has done the lacquers for all the recent Dead reissues that have come from them as far as I know, so I'd expect that to hold true for these too if they're not gray market (which I'm presuming they aren't)Doesn't look like it. It appears to be the same track order that was on CD's 2 and 3 in the somewhat recent Second Sight 4k/Bluray sets
best song on that album and one of the best songs of the year!!If I had a penny for every time I've listened to 'Chosen to Deserve' from this album, I could buy this variant.
The music from this movie still haunts me lol. Like seriously this was the scariest movie to me ever.
