Speaking of late era hair bands

This probably belongs on the list…
I almost wanna make a playlist of those early 90s hair metal ballads that were popular just before Alternative culture went mainstream

It would have:

Mr. Big - “Be With You”
Extreme - “More Than Words”
Damn Yankees - “High Enough”
Nelson “(Can’t Live Without Your) Love & Affection”

I bet there is more terribleness I could add if I poke around and thought about it a bit more.

It took me longer than it should have to realize that Firehouse and fIREHOSE were different bands. Intitially I wondered why the band that released this pap was signed to SST.

This is photoshopped. Fake news

I mean I’ll admit that when Firehouse broke back in the day I was like why is Mike Watt making power ballads? Then I saw the video and went, well Mike Watt should sue. Then I figured that’s why they had the reverse capitalization.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, “I’m not a smart man.”

I have to admit, I don’t hate this:

Not buying the record but might stream it when it comes out.

Where’s the RSD vinyl reissue of Monster Ballads?

I'm still waiting for Don Giovanni to stop being cowards and release Pure Moods on vinyl after joking about releasing it for RSD 2014:

The people demand Gregorian Chant at 45 rpm.

@Wes C. Attle gifted me the Pure Moods cassette, one of the best Secret Santa gifts I’ve ever received.
