I agree. I don't know why but it's by far my least favorite. I'd prefer plain clear to be the standard, but that coke bottle seems popular.

I like coke bottle clear when it’s actually coke bottle clear. More often than not it’s some weird translucent teal. Also, when it makes sense, like an old blues record.

Maybe it’s my fondness for Coke or the color teal but I enjoy it. It’s no worse than any other basic transparent color.
