I was just commenting that the idea of records clubs should be pretty much over at this point because nothing is truly exclusive in the vinyl game outside of some tour exclusives where you actually have to go the show to get it.

Which, speaking from my experience this week, can be both cool if you are able to get one (except for carrying it around through a packed crowd all night) or the band has sadly sold out of said exclusive earlier in the tour because a.) your city is always last on the itinerary behind large metros and b.) That tour van can only hold so much vinyl and c.) Concert tickets are getting prohibitively expensive (especially confounding is I have to listen to fellow concert goers jabber endlessly about their social lives while artists are performing).
Record clubs are indeed dead due to costs.
