Record Store Day 2022

I may just go with Discogs for a copy of Kittie - Oracle.

At 29 bucks, it doesn't seem to be marked up too much yet. And I can't guarantee I'll be able to be online when stores open in the morning since I'll be at work.


I also need a copy of Cure – Wish, but will not buy the US picture disc variant...so I'll have to go with the EU version eventually.

I'll take a Pallas pressing over a pic disc anyday.
 
as an Ahmad Jamal 50s-60s completist, I'm strongly attracted to these new jazz detective 2lp live sets.

but as someone who became an Ahmad Jamal completist because OGs of almost all of the excellent albums he recorded in that era -- about 20, I estimate -- can be had in reasonably good shape for a fiver a piece, I cannot bring myself to spend $100 for four LPs

FWIW, keep an eye on this store in a 2-3 weeks: REB Records: Maryland's #1 Destination for Vinyl Records

REB is usually among the first record stores to do 50% off leftover RSD titles I'm guessing Jamal did not sell out.
