Thanks! I think I have it worked out. Seems like it’s going to take a bit for me to finally get the package but it should eventually make its way to me.

Follow up to the Fleet Foxes find: found one at Bull Moose that's on its way to me for $40. I'll probably have some trade-ins to bring with me by that point too (books and what not) so I'll probably come out in pretty decent shape all things considered.

Not only did these asshats bilk me out of the additional $55 but they are telling me it won't arrive until Monday...

It took less than 4 days to get from New York to Spokane but somehow it's going to take at least 4 days to get from Spokane to Victoria?! That just feels like adding insult to injury! Fuckers.

UPS is now trying to ding me for another $30 in fees on this order, despite my prepayment of $55!

I think it was The Record Pub, but it could have been Exiled records. Both are nice shops and I'm sure you could call and they might be able to hold it for you. And yep, I'm in Portland.

Just stopped in at Exiled and although I didn’t find Fleet Foxes I found plenty of other stuff - it’s a great shop! Thanks for the heads up!!

Man, I believed everybody saying all the good things about the Fleet Foxes release l, but I'm still pretty floored with how good it is! I'm not even much of a Fleet Foxes fan, but this is quite fantastic.

I had the same experience. For whatever reason it took me awhile to getting around to spinning it and even though there’d been a bunch of hype about the quality, it still exceeded my expectations.

The complaint I had was trying to get the horizontal OBI to stay put when sliding the album into an outer sleeve. That probably took 10 minutes.

This has its pros and cons. For me, I have to listen to my incoming first or else it gets overwhelming. This impacts me listening to stuff I already own, and as a result I strictly listen to incoming unless I’m really itching to play something. Hoping to slow down my buying to fix this.

I've been playing almost exclusively incoming for the past 3 months challenges and I'm still waaaaaaay behind. I might have a problem.
