COME ON.
She’s actually singing “Alien Song” here, which is on this album
COME ON.
I would punch a baby to get my hands on that Koyaanisqatsi reissue during the October drop, but I have a "virtual associate's retreat" for work that day ( ) and won't be able to make it to a record store. I have been lucky so far and been able to get everything I was looking for through online orders, but I'm worried I used up all my karma during the first two RSD drops.
This Milla Jovovich LP is no joke. I’m blown away by how good it is - somehow never even knew she was a musician
My local isn't going to be carrying it. If anyone happens to see it, I'd be so appreciative if you could grab it for meDefinitely in the same boat.
Spotlight: The Divine Comedy, Early Career Album by Milla Jovovich
The Divine Comedy was a proud effort by Milla Jovovich, who resolutely guarded and shaped her emergence as a singer. She personally hyped her pre-release album as "a mix between Kate Bush, Sinead O'Connor, This Mortal Coil, and The Cocteau Twins."www.themortonreport.com
Planning on posting it next wk!I highly recommend posting in the RSD wantlist thread that @scotthilk runs (I assume there will be one for Oct close to the drop date). Pretty much everyone seems get what they're looking for via helping each other out (grabbing in person or online links).
I'll keep an eye out for ya, though as someone with a baby at home, I have to establish right now that I'd only be looking for monetary payment

I saw her live when she toured for the album. She has great stage presence and was quite funny between songs. About half the set were covers (the usual mix of obvious covers, Tom Waits, Serge Gainsbourg and Lee Hazelwood) but was a really good show.
"If you're surprised that Milla Jovovich had such a near-perfect musical gem in her portfolio, then do yourself the favor of acquiring a copy of it."
Okay then, I think I will!
Mine is fine as well. Sorry to hear about yours but i can live with that.I have a question for anyone that picked up the RSD 'Bill Evans - Some Other Time (The Lost Session From The Black Forest)' album. Mine arrived with 2 seam splits at the top of the gatefold (one on each flap) so I rang the shop I bought it from to see if he had any other copies for a replacement/swap (I hadn't opened the record yet). Turns out that he only ordered 2, the copy I bought and one for himself. While he was on the phone he dug his copy out and it had the exact same seam-split. So, my question is - did anyone else have this issue?

I’ve just accepted it as well now. Annoying but it doesn’t look like they can replace it. At least the records are great!Mine is fine as well. Sorry to hear about yours but i can live with that.
Maybe your internet connection develops an intermittent fault that day for just enough time to go to the record storeI would punch a baby to get my hands on that Koyaanisqatsi reissue during the October drop, but I have a "virtual associate's retreat" for work that day ( ) and won't be able to make it to a record store.
